Our Installation Process
Within 24-48 Hours after you have submitted a quote request form, One of our team members will reach out to you via phone or email to schedule a time for us to measure and view the area.
Approximately one day after we have viewed and measured the area, we will send over a custom quote that locks you in at that price for up to 2 weeks. After signing the contract and paying the down payment (If Necessary), We would move on to step 3!
After the quote is accepted, Gridiron Gates & Fencing will place a locate ticket through Texas 811 to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. It takes 24-72 hours for utility ticket and required permits.
If your project requires removal of existing fence with or without haul off, this would be when we complete the demo and removal
The next step in the process is installing the new fence or gate. This step takes anywhere from 24 hours up to a month to complete depending on length, material, etc. (The average fence installation is 3 days)
For wood fences and gate installs with wood, we highly recommend staining the fence to make the fence last longer and prevent insects.
Once the fence or gate installation is complete, we will do a final inspection with the customer present to ensure both parties are happy! If any city permits were required, this is when we also have the city do their inspection.
